I believe everyone can benefit from expanding their knowledge about the numbers that shape their lives: their finances. I’ve built a career working with individuals, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs, helping them reach their goals through honesty, planning, and good decisions.

I currently wear two hats:

1) Personal Finance Whisperer - teaching and writing about personal finance with a holistic approach. As a “recovering financial planner,” I no longer sell investments & insurance. My focus is educating & empowering people to ask questions and think through their financial goals. I also write and teach about philanthropy. Giving back doesn't require a lot of zeros.

2) Capacity Building Catalyst - which means applying my extensive marketing, development, writing, and event planning experience to help nonprofits. I'm a creative connector of ideas and people. I've got a non profit heart and business mindset. Well organized, digital media literate, high energy, goal oriented team player.
